What are your favorite top five movies of all time? Consider this: if stranded on a desert island, what five movies would you want to have? Assuming you’ve got the whole food, shelter, and dvd player issue taken care of. And you’ve come to terms with the fact that you’re stuck on an island and shut off from the rest of the world until you inevitable death.

You have to think about a set of movies you could watch three times in a row and still be entertained. Because that’s the point of a good movie isn’t it? Being entertained.

More than anything you find your choice of movies reflects on your personality. I’m embarrassed to say, I have judged new friends on what movies they store in the living room. I find it more reliable than finding a human skull and pentagrams on the mantelpiece. Hey, I haven’t been sacrificed yet.

So take some time to think about your top five. Probe the depths of your soul. Don’t be afraid.
